New loan application improves borrower and lender experience
The standard home loan application known as the “Uniform Residential Loan Application” or “1003 form” redesign is complete. In fact, the new version was available January 1, 2021 to all lenders. Additionally, all lenders are required to use the new application forms on and after March 1, 2021.
